The Technological Springboard is the Unit of Valorisation and Transfer of the University of Lleida. It creates the year 2006 as a consequence of the elaboration of the Strategic Plan 2006-2012 of the UdL, forming part of the ancient Mesh of Technological Springboards of the Generality of Catalonia.

Since his onsets develops a key task to further the transfer and commercialization of tech, already was via a third that operates at the market (licence) or via the creation of a new company of technological base (EBT or spin-off). It works of active form at the detection of innovative techs with potential of commercialization, and facilitates support and advice for vehicular successfully his arrival at the market in shape of new products or services.

At present, it has the support of European Funds of Regional Development (FEDER) of the European Union at the frame of the Operative Program FEDER of Catalonia 2014-2020 for the development of the Flat "project of promotion and impulse at the transfer and the innovation at the UdL (UDL5Y-Tech)" that has as a central aim channel the maximum of technological innovations generated at the UdL to the market.

In addition, the Unit of Valorisation is agent accredited TECNIO at the category of facilitadors of tech. TECNIO Is the seal that awards the Generality of Catalonia through ACTION to identify where finds the most innovative tech, the suppliers that offer it and the facilitadors that take part in the process of transfer of tech and ken.
